Is Team Maryland ready for the Amputee Walking School 2020 Steps Challenge? Amputee Walking School founders Todd and Dennis have just posted the information and want you to get involved! They talk about this activity as part of the Amputee Walking School program, and have set up a little state-to-state friendly competition to motivate people. You can check it out by clicking here!

We will look forward to having them back with us (and co-hosts University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute - UM Rehab) in Baltimore in just a few short months. Dates have been set for the four 2020 sessions of Amputee Walking School:

• Wednesday, April 15, 2020 - For professional registration, click here! Anyone with limb loss (and family members), registration for the evening session is free, but let us know you are coming. Those with limb loss, register by clicking here!

• Saturday, June 27, 2020

• Wednesday, September 16, 2020

• Wednesday, November 18, 2020

Notice that the June session will be on Saturday - this is to coincide with Peer Visitor training from the Amputee Coalition, at UM Rehab.
